Shipping

Euroglam currently ships to Canada and the United States.

Processing Times

In-stock orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days.

Pre-order items typically require approximately 30–45 days before they are ready to ship.

Processing times do not include weekends, holidays, or carrier transit time.

Delivery Times

Typical delivery time after shipment is approximately 7–10 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, customs, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Carriers

Orders may be shipped using Canada Post, UPS, or another appropriate carrier depending on the destination and service selected.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping within Canada on orders over $200 CAD.

Orders below the free-shipping threshold will have shipping charges calculated at checkout.

Free shipping does not currently apply to U.S. orders.

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.

United States Orders

Customers in the United States are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges assessed by local authorities or carriers.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the customer.

Orders Containing In-Stock and Pre-Order Items

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we may contact you to ask whether you would prefer:

to have available items shipped separately, or to wait until the full order is ready.

Any additional shipping charges will be communicated before shipment.
